No Catchy Nickname and ElGato, ROFLOL!
Thing is, maybe the toxic stuff will make the giant squids even bigger, with the ability to breath air....(!!!)
Maybe get sharks like in "Deep Blue Sea"?

They could always drag the ships onshore and use them as tourists attractions.

I know, back to my corner.

Er... why don't they sell them to Japan? Japan buys scrap like that ALL THE FRICKEN TIME. They love it over there... Make Hondas out of them or something... or swords...

In fact I'm surprised there wasn't a bomb on board to facilitate the "accident"

Even better, we could blame the resulting explosion on the Spanish, and then invade Cuba! It worked for William McKinley! :)

"Oops. I accidentally sprang a leak in the boat while randomly striking the bottom of it with a pick axe, sir!"

"Oh...well drat... Everybody off then."

Hey Cosmic_Music

Im from Billingham too. Did'nt think id ever see another "Smoggie" capable of usuing a computer properly, let alone post on Fark.

And anyways, yes those ships suck ass (to put it bluntly), but it's no worse than what we already have up here anyway.

Wow, I'd love to go see that. When I was a kid I was fasinated with the idea of ghost ships.

I've always found really big ships a little creepy. It just weirds me out a little that something that big can disapear so quickly under the ocean. I dunno, maybe I'm just weird, but it's hard to get your head around the bigness (is that a word) of the ocean.

Too bad the article didn't have better pics.
