This. While O'Keefe may have a point to what he does, he's a self-aggrandizing douche bag who hasn't a shred of journalistic integrity. But the simple fact that her criminal complaint was thrown out for lack of evidence tells me that this woman is likely to have overblown things or is simply making stuff up

No need. These people have dropped the bar of journalistic integrity so low that we don't have to anymore. They shot right past unverified sources and on into outright fabrication, deceptive editing and misleading/cherry picked quoting.

A single maliciously edited video was sufficient to eliminate federal funding for Acorn and subsequently destroy it. What we've learned from Mr. O'Keefe, the most important thing by far, is that we don't have to wait for any "actual evidence" -- we've already got hearsay, that's more than enough. Now we must let the court of public opinion decide, because that's how the facts are determined today.

While the public humiliation of James O'Keefe is always a good thing, it doesn't look to me like he did anything particularly illegal or actionable in this case.

Keep in mind that she could be a young idealist... Remember, the James O'Keefe show has only been running for about 2 years or so. She could have drank the Kool Aid at first and then slowly woke up to the realization that all was not well in rape-barn land... Maybe she only worked with him for a few months, who knows?

Or she could be as stupid as you say, but I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt on a lot of things, especially when they come to their sense eventually...

Stealing other memes is fine, but you need to know what makes the meme humorous in the first place. That meme was created because people like you were taking trivials event and trying to make them into controversies.

Here, there is a controversy, but it's not the loafers, it's that he tried to rape a woman in a rape-barn.

She associated with Mr. Delusions of Grandeur, so that's points against her capability for rational decision-making. However, this is the guy who planned to videotape his sexual assault of an intoxicated CNN reporter on a boat, so he does have a history of this sort of thing.
