I worked at a service desk over the summer, and we did a LOT of mailing via the USPS, FedEx, and UPS. It was amazing how many people would ask specifically for UPS, and I never figured out why. The USPS is cheaper 99% of the time, the item gets there way faster than ground service could ever hope to achieve, and from my perspective the USPS was always exactly on time collecting the mail, wheras we frequently had to call UPS to pick up their packages, even though we had many things going out every single day. This article only proves my point further, does anyone know why the USPS has such a bad reputation?
