"Would-be bank robber Julius Kearney couldn't get no respect, police said today."

Lots of love for Rodney D today!

Aww, it's the same guy as yesterday. Well, at least we have a new reason to laugh at him.

This time, he was handed deposit slips as the teller told him that if he wanted to steal money, he had better first put some money in the bank, they said.

Maybe followup is more appropiate.

Does the charge "Suspicion of Attempted Bank Robbery" sound a little vague and broad to anyone else? I mean, if I say to a friend "I'm going to go get some money from the bank." can I possibly be arrested for suspicion of attempted bank robbery, because I just might mean I'm going to rob the bank? More shades of grey than I like to see...

I one robbed a bank with the hole in the bottom of the pop-corn tub...

That was something else. Sorry. Forget I said anything.

This article is difficult to repeat to.

He was arrested on suspicion of attempted bank robbery. If charged, he will be charged with attempted bank robbery.

However, yes, you can be arrested for damned near anything. As long as they either charge you or let you go within 72 hours (I think), they're fine. Kinda sucks, don't it?
2003-04-09 07:56:09 PM
No farking shiat this is a repeat.. We don't need to be told 15 times by you asses.

You are the same people that see a grammar mistake in a headline and tell us over and over about it. No shiat - we sea it.

Sea. Sea. Sea.
Swollow your head.

WTF??? I thought the finger-in-the-coat-pocket was foolproof, supposed to work every time.
2003-04-09 08:19:21 PM
Never, I repeat never try to go through airport security with a cucumber wrapped in aluminum foil in your pants. Hilarity will not ensue, well at least for you.

I don't get why all my various interesting and thought-provoking current event links get thrown to the wayside while repeated and irrelevant links always make it through.

Maybe my name is on a Fodder sheet the Mods have?

I once heard about a guy who used the ol' my finger is a gun technique at a general store but he wasn't smart enough to keep his hands in his pockets. He just pointed at the teller and claimed his hand (which was in clear sight was a gun) was a gun. eh oh well

Wow, a lot of stupid bank-robbers in the news lately. Gonna have to post this one again:

2003-04-09 10:03:41 PM

2003-04-09 11:00:11 PM
That's not a knife..... THIS is a knife.
2003-04-09 11:40:46 PM
I wouldn't go as far as it to call it any kind of "trick"...
2003-04-10 12:30:42 AM
de ja vu
2003-04-10 03:29:54 AM
Is that a finger in the shape of a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me????
2003-04-10 07:09:59 AM
jebus chripes - anyone knows it's EASY to rob banks - you just have to be willing to put in the time and effort to make adequate survailence of your target. Get to know the shift rotations, positions of people in the bank, when the armored truck comes, etc.
And, if/when the shiat does hit the fan, be willing to overcome with superior fire-power.
For those of you playing the home version, watch the movie "Heat". Not the best movie, but it does show you everything about how to rob a bank.
For how NOT to rob a bank - watch "Killing Zoe"

PS - For those of our friends working for various law-enforcement agencies - the previous post is completely hypothetical. I have never robbed a bank. And I help little old ladies to cross the street. :)

how humiliating. try to rob a bank and people just laugh at you - and to top it off you might go to jail for ten years. youth gone bad, breaks my heart.

*eats cheez-its*.

What would have been HILARIOUS is if he pulled out a gun and shot both women DEAD,DEAD,DEAD!!!

Oh, wait. No it wouldn't.

*scratches butt and sniffs finger*
2003-04-10 10:00:27 AM
Just Another Stupid N*gger
2003-04-10 12:44:23 PM
