Demoncracy by definition is a government where the people elect someone to represent on their behalf (?) and in a case where the people elect a single person to represent them all, my point would be valid. So :P

No, that's representative democracy, the type of government we practice in the U.S. In true democracy, like when it was first theorized in Athens, for instance, the people were the governing body, and everything was decided by the majority.
