I have but one memory of a man in a cape. I'm at the local drug store getting some beer, guy in front of is around 40yrs old wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a cape. He buys every fashion mag in the place(cosmo, etc.), a copy of FHM, a bag of ballons, a bottle of lotion,a 40 pack of condoms, a roll of paper towels and a female looking B-day card. haveing a good laugh with my gf we goto the party. on the way home we see the guy running down the street, being chased by the cops wearing nothing but the cape. The moral, never trust anyone with a cape on.

Well, if you're going to commit a crime, at least do it with "style"!
2003-01-31 11:42:33 AM
Little do they know, but all the paintings have been thoroughly tea-bagged, and months from now when the curator develops the film in his camera, he'll see photos of the sculptures sticking out of the guy's rosebud...
2003-01-31 11:43:09 AM
and people were laughing at my penis too!
2003-01-31 11:44:57 AM

2003-01-31 11:51:01 AM
Crap. Meant to link the first image. Sorry.

2003-01-31 11:51:33 AM
That's what he gets for wearing a cape.
2003-01-31 11:52:37 AM
From article: Officers are offering no explanation as to why Walton was nude. But police say he wasn't drunk or on drugs.

Are drink and drugs considered the only reasons one might get nude these days?
2003-01-31 11:53:29 AM
Orgasmatron: Maybe he was invisible, but the cape and top hat weren't.
2003-01-31 11:56:46 AM

Can you explain what "unfair discrimination of art" means
2003-01-31 12:01:33 PM
"Excuse me sir, but that is fine cape you've got there. Too bad I can clearly see you're nuts."
2003-01-31 12:02:49 PM
Ottawa had a guy who dressed up as spiderman. He didn't run around or anything, but it was still a little odd.

In Montreal there was a guy who dressed up like superman and rode the subways all day. I guess if you're homeless it helps to have a gimick.

"...up in the sky!"
"It's a bird!"
"It's a plane!"
"Its... umm.. err... ah... some farktard in a cape and tophat."
