I fail to see how the volume of paper you hand over has any correlation to the relevance of what you hand over. As any lawyer who does discovery can tell you, your opponents can give you 25 crates of boxes to left you sift through when all you need is a single sheet of relevant information.

Tell me how this is "releasing more than 1000 pages of his medical records".

Isn't just the fact that he has 1000 pages of medical records a statement of his poor health?

My entire medical record, if it still exists, is on less than one half sheet of handwritten yellow legal paper.
I have no health problems, therefore I have no medical record.

...to a small, handpicked group to view for three hours - no phones, no cameras, no tape recorders, no leaving the room...just 3 hours and 1000+ pages, and a question and answer period that was cut in half.

Yeah, very open.

Just the fact that his medical records are over 1000 pages is enough to cause alarm.

I don't know who "Obama Barack" is, so I can't comment on that person.

Here's a reason..

If (and I am not suggesting this is the case) John McCain has advanced stages of cancer and has six months, at the most, to live, his choice of Vice President becomes all the more crucial. As an example, should either Tom Tancredo or Sam Brownback be chosen I would have serious concerns about either of those gentlemen ending up being our president, considering that there were both soundly rejected in the primaries by the American people.

Does that make sense?

I don't know why McCain's medical records are a leftie talking point. So what if he is old? I've met McCain, and he is in better health than most men his age.

I find it delightfully ironic when the Obamanation claims they want to get away from the pettiness and stupidity of modern politics, yet willfilly engage in it every day. The fact that you can parrot talking points while ignoring facts and murmuring "change" out the other side of your mouth. You aren't change. You are just one more step down the road to mediocrity.

You don't agree with someone on policy? Fine, don't vote for them. But the ad hominem attacks just make you look like a lazy bastard. Do some research, get the whole picture, and just hit mute when someone brings up McCain's health or Rev. Wright.

What's even scarier is that McCain's 1000 pages only cover the last 8 years. He did not release any information pertaining to before the year 2000.

Obama is completely healthy, that's why his report was 1 page. It had all relevant info--blood pressure, weight, etc. He's on no medication. Meanwhile McOldy is on a thousand different medications, including Ambien, which is known to make people act crazy.

McCain is checked for cancer three or four times a year. I guess you can take one of two ways:

a) Excellent, they're making sure they catch any recurrence early.

or

b) WTF? They have to check to be sure his body doesn't self destruct more frequently than I change the filters in my air conditioner.

Also, isn't it great that the government provides him with the health care coverage for quarterly doctor visits and the ability to even have a 1000 page medical report? Although I imagine it would be devastating to the economy for the average citizen to even have the option to participate in such a health plan that our rulers elected officials enjoy.

Intellectual barbarism... yeah that must be why there are so few farkers willing to own up to being Republicans these days. The rest of us are just too mean and offend their delicate sensibilities which is why we're left with only "independants" and you.

Of course an alternate explanation is that the Republican party is watching its support drain away after nearly a decade of looting the US treasury and driving the US dollar below the Canadian one.

Forget for a moment if there's anything suggesting he is unlikely to remain healthy for four years.

If he has been showing signs of any of: History of depression, signs of post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management issues, memory loss, etc., you don't think that might have an impact on his ability to govern?
