Before the anti-English "Parti Quebécois" got into power, Montréal was the #1 city in Canada -- the economic powerhouse that drove the country. Within a few years of the PQ being elected, head offices migrated to Toronto in droves and Québec's business community hung on by their teeth.

I moved from Montréal to Toronto in May, and let me tell you, this is a happening city. It's growing like mad. Montréal has stagnated, all thanks to the policies (and hate-mongering and scapegoating) of the PQ.

And you think China needs to emulate that?
