What I do care about is the candidate's economic, foreign policy and judicial policies. Can we please talk about that?

I know that I can't tell the difference between the Obama campaign, the average person, and the New York Times. Just last night I was banging my wife and got confused when I couldn't find the rest of the story below the fold.

Lawyers are merely an instrument of their client's will. And we must operate within the rules. The problem with most people is that they confuse ethics with morals. They are not at all the same. But this thread isn't about lawyers, so let me leave it at this: Everybody hates sharkish, scumbag, do-whatever-it-takes-to-win lawyers...right up until they need one.

The best part of this McCain thing is I honestly believe it is coming from within his own party. Consider that Romney's campaign is merely "suspended". If McCain were to drop out in disgrace, Romney could still accept the nomination.

He does actually have a black child, well Bangladeshi anyway, which is what made that smear so contemptible, he and his wife had adopted an orphan girl after a terrible flood there, and the Bush campaign was using that act of incredible charity against him.

The day Bush won SC was the day i stopped calling myself a republican. I used to admire McCain so much before he lost his spine and sold his soul for a chance at the WH

This smear campaign only shows the desperate nature of the Democrats. They have to win so badly they'll pull as many stops as possible.

Nonetheless, McCain will win the White House, and the Democratic Party will then be effectively be ready to be dismantled.
