Which, as the article all but says, is really remarkably stupid and dumb, seeing as how "Al-Lah" means "The Lord" in Arabic and is also used by Christians and Jews who speak Arabic, as well as by Hindus and others speaking formally of their deities. Me suspects some pandering to religious reactionaries in that country. Not that we in the U.S. would know anything about that. Dear Monotheistic Religious Majorities: The rest of us understand that you are currently the 800-pound gorillas in your respective nations (including Israel) and that's all well and good. The rest of us don't need laws or resolutions rubbing it in everyone else's face. All it does is piss us off and make it much more likely that we will cause trouble for you when the opportunity presents itself. Are all of you THAT insecure that you have to codify it the laws of your nations?

P.S. Unless you live in Malaysia, saying "Allah" in this thread is pretty pointless, since you're not under Malaysian jurisdiction and therefore don't have to deal with any consequences.
