Sure, racoons do that all the time, especially if they're threatened, and the big ones can easily be that tall. They can open doors and windows and are not shy about it.

used to work graveyard front desk at a luxary hotel (has something to do with "the mouse") I have several stories of haunted rooms but this best from that particular job.
One night, around 10 pm, the swing shift managers were still there and I was manning the back office telephone answering guest questions. The phone rang from room 9325 (not the real room number.) "This is odd." I thought because at that time all the rooms in building 9 had been stripped down for rehab. This was not even chair left in those room and the entire building was barricaded by 6 foot tall construction walls.
I answered the phone and it was silent on the other end. I hung up and informed my managers (two women in their late 20s) and they decided to go out to the building and make no one was in the building (for safety reasons)
They came back 20 minutes later. NOthing. But they were scared outta their minds. They go home after 11 and my phone rings again. Same room. Same silence. This time I have to contact the "duty manager" or the only manager in charge of the resort at night. He's a housekeeping manager and I tell him what is up.
He calls security and his "house boy" to go up with him. I get a phone call from him a few minutes later "D, I'm coming down, get the Crisis keys" The Crisis keys are the only hard keys we have that unlock the deadbolts on the doors when guests have looked themselves in the room.
He gets the keys and 30 minutes later when he returns, he says that when he arrived at the room with security, the door was deadbolted and the connecting room door was shut. He sat a security host outside the door and the house boy by the connecting door while he came to the get the keys from me. When he returned with the keys and unlocked the deadbolt, he tried to open the door but couldn't because it felt like someone was holding it closed on the other side. FInally the door gave way and slammed open to an empty room. Nobody in the room.
/I see dead people

About 20 years ago I was driving from Boston to Nashville, I was on some scenic mountain highway(can't remember the name)and it really was a dark and stormy night. So anyway at about 1:00 am or so I come around this sharp bend in the road in a torrential downpour and there's a soaking wet, blonde lady in a white gown by the side of the road, my headlights lit her up and with the white dress and platium hair she looked like she was glowing. I had to crank my steering wheel hard to avoid running her over and fishtailed to within inches of driving off the road and down an embankment. I thought I was going to have a heart attack.
/I know, not much of a story but it scared the bejeebus out of me.

Back when I was a kid, a friend and I used to play around with a Ouija board we had made. Basically it involved each of us making stuff up and trying to scared the shiat out of each other. Well, one time we "talked" to a someone/thing named "Wendy". It/she/we said that she had been 13 years old when she died, it had been a long time ago and she was really lonely at the time.
A couple of years later, I went on my yearly camping trip in Scouts to Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. It was to be my last trip there, as I was getting out, and it was my favorite regular trip we made. Instead of doing the 10 mile hike with the rest of the troop I decided to explore the woods nearby by following an almost non-existent path.
I continued on, unsure of exactly where I was headed, but felt compelled to go on none the less. Eventually, I came to an abandoned grave yard. Still driven, I walked among the faded and worn tombstones until I stopped. Wherever I was compelled to go I finally reached my destination. I looked down at the tombstone and it read "Wendy Blanchard 1869-1882". I remembered my Wendy story from so long ago and got chills down my spine. I just stared at the gravestone and for some reason started to feel extremely lonely so I picked some flowers, left them on the grave and left, feeling strangely content.

My roommate is a huge drinker, but in a bad way. And so, one day he called in sick because of a hangover and decided to fix the kitchen sink. He turned off the water and removed some parts and went to work. All of the sudden, scolding hot water squirted up from where you'd turn the faucet on and sprayed all over him. He flipped out and ran out of the house. When I got home, he told me the story very seriously. We talked to the maintenance/contractor guy at work, who explained that the water came from the water heater, which releases pressure every once in a while and, since the handle was missing, that was the quickest point of exit for the water. And so my roommate is a huge drunk moron who got really scared at something retarded and oh did I laugh at him.

Radworld4: So in college I was into photography and spent many a late night in the art center working in the dark room. There were always stories being bandied about from the art students about a depressed girl that cut herself and bled out over her work as her final project. OOOooo. I didn't believe it for a second because most of the art majors I knew were clinicaly insane or whacked out on drugs. But as I worked late one night for my expostion. I got this errie feeling of being watched. I would turn expecting someone at the dark room door. Nothing.

Then I heard the softest...creepiest...whisper. Almost unintelligible. But I heard "want" and "you" in the barely audible.

"Hello?" I said loud and forcefully. Now it was clear.

"They want you. That is why I've come for you."

HOLY FARK. This is it. A spiritual enounter. I snapped a fresh roll of film in place. The revolving dark room door began to spin. For the for first time in my life cold terror gripped me. My heart pounded as the door scraped against its frame and a hand started to push it aside.

It was my girlfriend. Drunk from a girls night on the town. She attacked me in way that was nearly criminal and using the rooms equipment in ways that it was never intended.

The scary part was the next day when my prof put his hand on my shoulder saying "I know what you've been doing in the dark room!"

"You do?!"...gulp.

"Creating exceptional work!"

Ah ha ha...thats what I thought you meant.

I was reading this story about a guy who was born of a virgin babe, had supernatural powers and could alter the state of matter and energy. When he was 33, he pissed off some very important people who had him carry a cross up a hill while they beat the shiat out of him. Then they nailed him up there and he died. Three days later he came back to life, then he hung out with his buds for a while and rose up into the clouds. Now I hear I have to go to a building with benches and a guy wearing a dress feeds you blood and flesh.

No way, says I, sounds like hooey to me!

One night my girlfriend at the time and I were driving home from the laundromat. It was probably 12:30-1:00 in the morning. We were coming up to a green light in front of a grocery store, and as we did we saw a man (looked to be early 20's)sitting on the curb on our side of the road, as if he was waiting for his ride to come pick him up. As we approached the light, it inexplicably turned red (there wasn't another car in sight), so I stopped. He was right next to us so we finally got a real good look at him. The man was wearing what looked to be an all-white cook's outfit, but his face was ashen, as if he had flour all over it, and there was a bloody wound on his right cheek. My girlfriend, sitting in the passenger seat and thus closer to him, says "Um, he's walking towards the car..." He had gotten up and was coming towards the rear passenger side door. Needless to say I took off through the red light while my girlfriend called 911. We pulled in to a parking lot about an 1/8 of a mile up the road and waited until we saw police lights. When we did (after roughly 90 seconds - the police station was right down the street), we drove back past the scene on the opposite side of the road, where there were now two cruisers. And no bleeding dude.

I had a student room in a hall of residence next to a huge graveyard. The hall itself used to be a loony bin.

One night I woke up, and in the speckley darkness there was a shadowy figure. It looked like someone wearing a pantomime horse head, and struggling to take it off.

I dozed off, then woke up again wondering how he'd got into the room. The door should had been locked. Well, this time he was gone, and the door was still locked.

I don't really believe in ghosts, but that's the closest I've ever seen. It was probably a dream, really.

Here's mine:

So, I'm about 5 years old, my sister 8, living in Birmingham, Alabama. We had a nice family room downstairs, with a wetbar, a pool table and the family's TV set (this is 1974-ish).

The TV set had no remotes or even buttons, it was all knobs.

Anyway, one night we're watching TV as a family and the sound cuts out on the TV. Not an unknown event, so we just wait it out.

Ten minutes later still no sound. So, my father gets up and do some percussive maintainence on the box when he notices the volume knob was turned all the way down. Somehow. Even though no one had gotten up or touched it.

With a shrug he turns it back up and settles back to watch whatever.

10 minutes later the EXACT same thing happens; the knob gets turned all the way down. We fix.

10 minutes after THAT it happens again. We all get pleasurably freakish at that point and decide to physically remove the knob after turning it up.

10 minutes later the power plug of the TV 'falls out of the socket'.

We stopped watching TV for that night.

....

I know I suck at story telling, but I'll remember that incident until the day I die. Until this day I honestly don't have any idea as to what was happening. In truth, the only logical explanation is a prank from someone, but everyone in my family was freaked-out by it.

/ we were a neilson family too

Basically the kid was dilusional. He would see things. His stories would really bother me but he would meet with me almost daily with a new story to tell. We would meet at his doctor's, his home and sometimes at a park. Poor kid.

Thats when I realized I was dead the whole time!!!!!!

An extremely modest man was in the hospital for a series of tests, the last of which had left his bodily systems extremely upset.

Upon making several false alarm trips to the bathroom, he decided the latest episode was another and stayed put. He suddenly filled his bed with diarrhea and was embarrassed beyond his ability to remain rational.

In a complete loss of composure he jumped out of bed, gathered up the bed sheets, and threw them out the hospital window.

A drunk was walking by the hospital when the sheets landed on him. He started yelling, cursing, and swinging his arms violently trying to get the unknown things off, and ended up with the soiled sheets in a tangled pile at his feet.

As the drunk stood there, unsteady on his feet, staring down at the sheets, a hospital security guard, (barely containing his (laughter), and who had watched the whole incident, walked up and asked, "What the heck is going on here?"

The drunk, still staring down replied: "I think I just beat the shiat out of a ghost."

Of course, it's COMPLETELY implausible that perhaps a deli worker from that grocery store injured himself and was perhaps turning pale from loss of blood. And those cruisers COULDN'T have been there investigating a possible crime scene after the possible victim went to seek help or something, which he could've been trying to do when you were at the light.

Can'tLetYouDoThatStarFox: I still think about it sometimes at night and get a little freaked out.

It's amazing how things like that never leave you.

I just remember seeing the red eyes behind the door (still so vivid in my mind). I wanted to get up and jump down out of the bed to run get my parents (had no interest in anything spooky, was kind of a sheltered kid, never allowed to watch anything remotely scary/controvertial). I realized I was boxed in and couldn't get out, I could sit up and move, but only to pound against the "walls" around me (head of the bed and wall that the bed was against, but there was a new "wall" where the air should have been). I kept struggling until I fell out of bed (hard). And went to get my parents who refused to believe anything other than me having a nightmare. I let it go, but have never forgotten it.

It was about 5pm and I took a nap after coming home from school. The tv was on and I feel asleep. I dreamed that I was at a mall in Beverly Hills that I used to go to all the time.

In my dream I was with my girlfriend shopping then all of a sudden these dark shadow-like creatures with glowing red eyes started attacking everyone at the mall. They would torture and kill people slowly. The really scary thing was that I could FEEL the hatred and evil in them and I could FEEL the pleasure they took in hurting others. I try to make my way to my car and I'm almost there when one of the creature jumps into me.

At this point I wake up. I had no control over my body. My hand reaches under my bed where I keep the gun in a safety box. While my hand goes for the gun I'm trying to stop it and trying to stand up but I can't. I open the box, take out the gun, cock it, and start pointing it toward the door and slowly towards myself when I finally gain control of my body again and stop.

It was the scariest experience of my life and I couldn't sleep right for weeks.

threez: Check this out. I used to work at a office supply chain store 3rd shift, 10pm-6am, when I was a teenager. We couldn't leave the store until the management came in in the morning, and two of the three guys working in the store smoked, so we would go into the basement to have a smoke a few times a night. The basement was as big as a smaller underground parking lot, with a store room in the middle of it. On one side was the area where out store kept stock, shelving, and other crap. The other side of the basement was barren, and had no lights. It was over that side that the room to the boiler room was, as well as an old hallway that had a few unused rooms branching off of it. An old locker room, with showers, and a supply room with old Halloween decorations. We explored these rooms in subsequent trips. But the ghostly experience happened while we were checking out the boiler room which is on the furthest side, and completely in the pitch black dark. We opened the heavy metal door, and we all went inside the room. One of my co workers notices something strange... he proceeded to prove his thory true. If all three of us were in the room, the door would start slowly closing. If one of us was outside, on the other side of the doorway, the door wouldn't move. Spooky shiat. So after poking around a few minutes, we hear children laughing. Now mind you, it's about 3am, and we are in an area where if there were a door, it would lead out into the ally behind the store. Also, we considered the tv might be on in the break room which was kind of above us. Neither checked out. There was also no doubt about what we heard, as soon as I heard the laughing, I saw that the other two guys were listening and whispering about what was that as much as I was. Of course I was about to shiat a brick, so I shouted at it... "HELLO?" Umm yea, they kept on laughing as if I hadn't said a word. It sounded like they were playing. At 3am. In a boiler room. SO cut to a few days later. We are down there smoking cigarettes under the lights in the lighted area of the basement, and there is this metal panel type of thing mounted on the wall in a dimly lit area of the basement. I was looking in that direction when I noticed that I couldnt see it for a few seconds, and the I could. Understand I could only see it barely, because it's metal, and it reflects light. I assume something walked by it, between it and myself, blocking out the view. Something was down there. So I kept working there, and we would still go down for smokes, and make these nervous jokes. This experience changed my life. Ghosts exists, there is just no doubt to me. I think they are energies left over that can manifest in different ways. They definitely have a presence.

And what exactly were you smoking downthere?

While I was in grade school my family lived in a haunted house. The house was occupied by either one entity that was alternately "good" and "evil" or by more than one entity. Either way whenever there was an incident the entity would respond to the name Frank. The family that owned the house before us had an Uncle Frank who had died in the house 40-some years before we moved in.

When I say he was both good and evil I mean he was sometimes almost playful, as when on a calm day my entire family, including an aunt and a cousin, witnessed a swing we had hanging from a tree in the yard swinging back and forth, as if someone was on it. One of us said "stop swinging Frank" and the swing would stop. Give the instruction "swing again Frank" and it would start up again. This went on for a good twenty minutes, starting and stopping on command, with nobody even near the swing.

Then there were the evil acts, although nobody was ever physically harmed, items were broken and the entity obviously intended to frighten us.

One night my father fell asleep on the couch watching TV. In the middle of the night we were woken up by my father screaming. He was pinned to the couch with his arms against his chest. He woke up and intended to go up to bed but was unable to move. When my mother responded to his shouts and realized what was happening she simply said "leave him alone Frank" and my father was released. My dad may have been playing or temporarally insane, but I have never seen him as frightened as he was that night.

A favorite trick of Frank's was to slam the basement door. It would happen at random times, when nobody was even near it, but most often it happened when someone went to the basement. You could even prop the door open but when you weren't looking, SLAM! The door would stand open on it's own without closing, as it might if it was hung poorly, and it never slowly swung closed, if Frank wanted it closed he would slam it closed.

Other malicious occurances were dishes, toys and other items flying across a room and smashing against the wall. Once we were watching TV when dishes started smashing, we went to the kitchen and plates and cups were flying from the cabinet against the wall opposite. "Stop it Frank", and it stopped.

Once I was walking home from school when I noticed clothes flying out of an upstairs window. I thought maybe someone had broken in so I ran to the house next door and had them call the police. The positions of the neighboring houses allowed us to see the front and the north side of the house from the house I was at, and we called the neighbors on the other side, who could see the back and the south side. We had the house covered and saw nobody leave the house, and the south side neighbors said clothes continued to occasionally fly out the window. When the police showed up he went inside, and came running out minutes later. He was shaken and said nobody was in the house but he saw a shirt come off the floor and fly out the window. I told Frank to leave the clothes alone, and everything returned to "normal".

There were many, many other occurances, and every member of my family (mom, dad, 3 brothers & 1 sister) had personal interactions with Frank. As mentioned here neighbors, police and relatives, as well as several friends witnessed events that went on. I could get at least 40 people to attest to different things they saw.

You can say there are no such things as ghosts, but noone ever convinced Frank.

I operate a paranormal research group out of Salem Oregon, the sad part of all the recent hype of paranormal is that there are people with legitmate mental and emotional issues declining to seek treatment because they suddenly feel validated by society apparently embracing the paranormal "genre" when in truth 98% of all paranormal reports are either fraud, mistaking simple environmental events and conditions for paranormal, batshiat nuts or just plain stupid.

That being said, I've been on more than one site that had things going on that couldn't be easily or readily explained away. Not only do we bring people who are clairvoyant (and no, there's no way to certify it, you either trust them, or you don't) but we also have a few PHD's in the group, from psychologists to physicists. If you want to find spots that may truly contain authentic "hauntings" (define that term however you want, there's no consensus) check out insane asylums or the like. Fairview Training Center and Damash State Hospital in Oregon are two prime examples.

Anyway, my .02 cents.. which are now worth what.. a hay pennie?

Well, my sister will back me up on this even if no one else will. When we were little, we lived out in the country in Virginia near the NC border. My room was at the end of the hallway on the corner of the house. At this time I was about 7 and my sister was about 4 or 5.

I would always keep the window down in my room because it got unnaturally cold if it was open (even during the spring/summer) One night I woke up to find my window open, so I got up to close it and I saw something pull its little black hand off the ledge and go scurrying out into the yard and up the tree that faced my window.

I slammed the window shut and locked it and started screaming for my sister (whose room was right next door and whose window faced the front of the house as well. She ran into my room and looked at me with big eyes and said, "Did you see them?" I asked her what she saw and she said she saw something with red eyes running away from my window on two legs and climb up the tree. She said there were more in the tree. She said she's seen them before.

After that, they never tried to open my window again, but I would see them from time to time until my family outgrew the house and we moved away when I was 10.

So I'm in the backseat of my budies new '85 Mustang. We are drinking and speeding.
I hear a voice clear as day say "Put on your seatbelt!" I look to the empty seat on my left and my father is sitting there. He repeats "Put on your seatbelt!".
The car is brand new, and the back seat lap belts are still tucked under the cushions. I dig around and finally clip the belt around my waist. Moments later, the driver loses control on a near right angle inclined turn over a railroad grade. The car goes airborn, lands bumper first on the rail, and rolls down the other side of the embankment. I bruise my self rather badly internally, but avoid being ejected out the open sunroof and possibly under the car as it rolled.
The odd thing about this?
My father had died about 3 months earlier.

Fixed that for him. Now you know.

When I was working in Bosnia I spent some time in Brcko (pronounced birch-ko) at Camp McGovern. Apparently this was a chicken processing plant turned into a processing center for local Muslims captured by Serbian forces. There was a large, long structure in the center where people were herded in, stripped of valuables, branded, and led outside to be executed against the wall. It snowed a lot while I was there, but I never saw snow accumulate against the base of this particular wall. It always seemed to end about three feet from the wall, as if to signify where the victims would have lined up. It wasn't as if there was a large overhang, either. I was so glad to leave that base...I have never been superstitious but that place gave me the creeps.

I don't wanna click. My coworkers might think less of me if I scream in the office. OK i clicked. I'm glad it was an animated drawing. It sounds about right, but I don't remember seeing a tail. Of course, it was dark. I have a question... what is "Keziah"? Because I was doing geneaology and I found a relative back in the 1700s with the word Keziah in it. I assumed that was her name. What is it?

OK so here's my first story,
I used to live in a run of the mill 2 bedroom apartment with my wife. We didn't have kids at the time so I used the second room as a computer/hobby/workshop room. At that point in my life I used to stay up until stupid hours playin' video games with a buddy via modem (no that's not the scary part). One night during one of our C&C:TS marathons I notice it got a biatchilly and someone go past the door toward the bathroom and bedroom, I got up to see what my wife was doing up so late and to turn the heater up, but no one was there, and it wasn't so cold anymore. I just passed it off as an acid flashback and carried on. Roughly a week later the same thing happens, the room gets chilly, something goes by the door, and it sounds as if something has been knocked over in the storage closet. Once again I get up to go check it out and get over come with that fight-or-flee feeling, I quickly peek into the bedroom to check on my wife, steer clear of the storage closet (I've seen alot of horror movies and opening the noisy area never panned out well for them) and quickly go back into the computer room, closing the door behind me. It became a regular occurance, I had on several occasion caught a glimpse of a white wisp after the temp drop and that creepy feeling set in, my wife had the unpleasantness of seeing on a few occasions, after that she didn't stay up that late anymore and refused to go in the computer room late at night. It was always the same chain of events, get chilly, get creeped out/have that fight-or-flee urge kick in, something would go by the door, noise in the storage closet, and it was gone. Honestly, the whole thing wasn't pleasant, you get used to it after awhile, and in reality it never harmed anyone except for scare the piss out of you for about 5 minutes. Maybe you had to be there for it to be scary, I often wonder how the new tenants in that appartment have faired.
/I'd tell you my other stories, but I think you've all laughed at me enough for one day.

MyFarkIsWorseThanMyBite: I operate a paranormal research group out of Salem Oregon, the sad part of all the recent hype of paranormal is that there are people with legitmate mental and emotional issues declining to seek treatment because they suddenly feel validated by society apparently embracing the paranormal "genre" when in truth 98% of all paranormal reports are either fraud, mistaking simple environmental events and conditions for paranormal, batshiat nuts or just plain stupid.

So you're supposedly part of a scientific group, yet you bring "clairvoyant" people with you, despite there being absolutely no supporting evidence for ESP of any kind? Some science that is.

rebelyell2006: A lady at my college, an RA, was sleeping one night, her roommate off at home, and she felt a presence. When she put on her glasses and looked up from her bed, she saw a faceless being that was facing her bed. She asked if she could be of any service, and then the being just vanished!

If it was faceless, how did she know it was facing the bed?

Another one:

I worked at a Boy Scout camp in Rhode Island for four summers, so I was used to hearing all sorts of outlandish camp stories. One of them was of a cabin, called Fuller Cabin, that was built in the early 30's. Troops were able to reserve the cabin to camp in during off-season weekends, and apparently those that did experienced really strange things - strange noises and lights, footsteps, knocking from underneath the floorboards, etc. So after a few years, they moved the entire cabin about 50 yards from its original location and the noises stopped. However, the foundation was left behind.

So one night five or six of us walk up to the cabin, which is only about 1/4 mile from the campsite closest to it, and served as the mountain biking cabin during the day, so it's not like it's deep in the woods or anything. As we walk we can hear standard summer woods noises - peepers, crickets, owls, other assorted bugs, etc. So we get to the cabin and we can still hear all the noises. As we approach the old foundation, though, the noise begins to rapidly fade. We're all looking at each other like "Is everyone else hearing this?!?!" So we get to the actual foundation and sit down beside it. Nothing. Earsplitting silence. We spent about 60 seconds in bewilderment before we got freaked out. We got up and left with haste, and as we walked away, the forest noises returned. When we told some of the older staff about what happened, they knew exactly what we were talking about.

I was about 14 years old. We went hunting in Texas, on my family's land, about 300 acres of scrub brush. First visit that season. When we went to enter the house, my little brother of about 4 years old wouldn't go near it. He just stood by the car, staring at the door. We tried pulling his hand off the car and he started crying so we said forget it. When we finally opened the door we saw that somebody had been squatting in there and had done a bunch of that Santaria crap, pentagrams and bird feathers all over the place.

We cleaned it up and forgot about it, but it was strange that my little brother sensed something inside. Or maybe it was just a creepy old farm house.

Your soul, I have come for it

a little late for the party, but we're pretty sure my father's house is haunted...

since about 6 mos after my father moved in, we've heard a mother speaking to a child in a very small room on the top floor (a couple years later, my step-mom had her first child, and they used the room for a nursery). The window was always closed in the room, and the closest houses have elderly people living in them -- no children visiting when we asked them about it. (only 2 houses in that general direction for more than a mile). Bonus: The voices sound like my stepmom and her second son (born 5 years after this started happening)

We invited our priest over for dinner, but he left when he heard the voices, refusing to come back.

Among other experiences, we've had knives "fall" out of a vertical knife block, and onto the floor (a foot and a half away), we've had a bunch of other stuff fall in the kitchen...

Two specific experiences: My dad's stepmother died last year, the week before she did, a secondary fire alarm system in the house went off -- We have never heard it go off before, we assumed that it didn't work because even when there is a small fire going in the kitchen it doesn't go off). It plugs in, so it wasn't a battery, and it hasn't gone off since.

On the day that she died, most of the pictures on the (15 foot high) shelf that surrounds the living room fell over. Each picture frame's glass shattered, even the ones that stayed on the shelf.

The only one that didn't fall or break was the one with my grandfather and his first wife.

Other stuff has happened, but most of it can be possibly attributed to cats, dogs, birds, or the house settling.

Actually, one more story (sorry, just woke up, and an hour late for work already... stupid fark). My room when I lived with my dad later became my sister's room, and finally my half brother's room. I was talking to my sister about the house, she mentioned that in the room, there is a corner -- the obvious corner for putting a bed, because the room is so small -- that she had never put her bed in "because it made her feel weird". I realized that I had it in that corner for a while, but whenever I went to sleep, I would find my body turned away from the corner, often waking up completely 180 from the corner. Other than in that corner, I have never been a restless sleeper--even at my mom's house during the same period.

My half-brother sleeps with his head in that corner, but he's always been a restless sleeper, so I don't notice it any more.

/ex

My cat, Eli, had just died of kidney failure the day before. The next evening, I got out of bed to go to the bathroom and sitting by the bedroom doorway was what I thought was my other cat, Eli's brother Syler (both were dark gray). I said "Hey Syler", reached down to pet him and my hand went completely through. He then walked out of the doorway, down the hall and slowly faded away. When I looked behind me, his brother was right next to me, also looking down the hallway. Still makes me cry when I think of it...

Pimple: Yes. it was a little ghost carebear. Now when this shiat happens I'm always scared at first and that fear always makes it look evil at first, so in front of it I saw appear a little canon, and I knew it was going to shoot the canon at me.

Pachelbel's ghost?

Aranyx: Alright, might as well join in on this party.

(snip)

I fell asleep in my room watching Conan with the sleep timer on. I woke up less than half an hour later, as Conan was still on. (I only share this, because this is makes me feel confident that I wasn't dreaming) I don't remember who he had on, but I glanced away from the television into the opposite corner of my room from my bed and I see someone standing in the corner, staring at the wall. I tried to move, but couldn't. I tried to say anything, but all I could venture was hyperventilating. This seemed to catch it's attention as it whirled around and began to stare intently at me.

More Sleep Paralysis fun. See above. :)
