You know, Chavez has some very interesting views on 911.

It was an inside job.

If you have not seen a little film called Loose Change, I strongly suggest that you do so, now.

Your country may depend on it.

Chavez isn't doing himself or his international reputation any favors by trying to rewrite the constitution so he can be Benevolent Dictator for Life... I'm a big believer in socialism as an ideal, but the sad reality is that most of us, especially when given such enormous power, would be able to live up to that ideal of selflessness. Thus critical care services like police, fire, and ambulance inevitably suffer. It's really a shame.

For the record -- I doubt anyone in America, liberal or conservative, is in favor of a totalitarian government like Chavez's. I'm pretty lefty liberal and I know I'm not. He may have been democratically elected, but that's about where democracy ends for Chavez... the power has clearly gone to his head, else he'd have no fear of term limits.

2007-08-23 3:25:38 PM
Well, where are the Chavez lovers now? This is his new improved revolutionary Venezuelan Police?
I remember once going to the University, seeing a dead woman in the sidewalk with half a sheet covering just the lower part of her, she got run over by a truck. She was still there on my way back from the University 6 hours later...

I guess all that oil money is not going to Police improvements and pays (lol at those who thinks money is actually spent there for good things) Last I heard the people that went to hear Chavez's discurso, where paid and given food and drinks. Don't forget the buses that where hired and paid to take them there, yeah that's money well spent!

His elections are a joke. They are not valid and on top of that, Chavez knows who voted against him and send gangs of thugs after the poor sods who don't vote for him.

My brother has every right to be bitter. He was born with an "inter-uterine depression of the skull". This was, as the doctors had put it, "due to late-term intercourse". And now he has a noticeable dent right above his left eye that causes his 6th grade classmates to want to "put there finger in it". I am still not sure why my mother told me the real story. Needless to say, dad seems to not be bothered by it and it will be a couple years until my brother knows what intercourse is... Glad it wasn't me though... Life is weird...
Heck, why am I telling you guys??

Put corpse in taxi and send it to the morgue

This also works for getting heroine-overdosers to the hospital, as demonstrated by Mother Superior.

(It helps if the overdoser is not yet a corpse.)

Equating Democrats with Communists is like equating Republicans with Nazis.

This is Fark, so it's all fun and games, but if you seriously believe either proposition, then you need to stop spending time with like-minded affirmers of your knee-jerk point of view, and spend some time learning about the real world. Please. You might make the world a better place.

THis is kind of applicable until you see some of the laws the pass in places like california and massachusetts..

While not all democrats are like communists... there are some still in power like Ted Kennedy who actively supported Russia in the 80's...

And the nazi comment... hmmm, closest thing we got to a nazi in congress is Robert Byrd, former member of the KKK, has his name on pretty much everything in his state.. and, he is a , survey says... thats right Democrat...

Sure Pubs have got Queer queer-bashers and and a bunch of dirty conspirators, but hypocrisy and bribery is what this country was founded on...

fyrewede: a totalitarian government like Chavez's.

Democratically elected, election confirmed after legal challenge in first term, reelected to a second term, and brought back to power after a US supported coup when a million people took to the streets to demand his return.
His constitutional reform was passed in a referendum...

His is not a totalitarian government, you have been misinformed.

HZS9PK: El Presidente for life!

He's currently in his second term and has proposed a measure that would basically repeal his country's version of the USA's 1951's 22nd amendment.

If that makes him the devil, than George Washington was the devil for not including a two-term limit in the original constitution, dumbass.

We should learn from Venezuela. Transporting corpses to their end destination is a smart idea.
- It will save a lot of tax dollars.
- It will save a lot of time and trouble for those involved.
- It will support small businesses.

In case, you really think police is needed, just send them to the morgue. Corpses can and do wait.

BTW: Even if Michael Moore said "the U.S had the worst health care system in the world" we should not be worried too much in such beyond-repair cases.
