This whole bullshiat is so contrived anyway and that's what Obama should point out. This whole "used for propaganda" thing is completely rhetorical. You're talking about people that are already excessively propagandized in the first place, you can't control that. This "risk" that she asserts is associated with promising to talk with these leaders is an invention.
