You're all gonna laugh at me here. But what the hell.

I have been saying for a long time that The Jetsons theme is an exceptional piece of music. Listen to it -- so much going on, different melodies, tempo changes, all in one 60 second tune that sticks in your head forever.

RIP, funnymusicman.

I heard an interview once with Danny Elfman who cited the Jetson's theme as a major influence on his theme for The Simpsons.

He said basically the same things as you....

And, of course, as we all know, he's GAY!

Uh, I'll admit to big time chills when I saw on TV the clip of the orchestra, a few years ago, re-recording that Jetsons theme. It kicks ass.
