He is going to have to be awfully charismatic to pull off this kind of approach. If not, it sounds like he is setting himself up for failure.

While I'm glad Healy lost (Jane Swift 2.0), I'm still a bit wary of a Democratic Governor and a Democratic controlled Legislature in MA...

Balance is a good thing.

It's Massachusetts, so it's gonna be a loooooooonnnnnnng time before you get anything different. I might still be alive the next time the Republicans get any significant power in that state, but I will be an old man. And I turn 22 in January.

Massachusetts has only had Republican governors since 1988. This is the first Democrat in eighteen years. The last was Mike Dukakis.
