How exactly is Madonna adopting you a violation of your child rights?

I mean shes rich, famous, apparently nice, and helsp out your country. What is the child rights peoples problem?

1. The kid's name was given to Madonna as a candidate for adoption without the father's knowledge.

2. Malawi's laws do not allow foreign adoption--so why did Madonna get to do it?

3. The baby she adopted has a living father who did not put the child up for adoption.

The whole thing stinks.
