but the printing looks "strange". They seem to overlap each other. Only the top ones look correct, at least on the one in the foreground. The one on the background looks different.

Maybe the bombing interrupted a printing run, and this is the outcome of it?

I saw that LIVE when it aired last night and thought WTF?

Figured the reporter would say something about it, but he made no mention. It was a large uncut sheet of C-notes. He was too busy showing the damage to the poor Hez-bobs hang-out.

They're not sheets of counterfeit bills, unless you think you can spend the top half of a 2-foot wide hundred dollar bill.

They're posters - the bills are huge, printed overlapped, and they're only in black. You can see what appears to be a 2x4 in the background, right next to one of the posters - using that as scale, the halves look about six inches high and about 2-2.5 feet wide.

In other words, you're most likely looking at part of a CMYK print run for a poster.

Nothing to see here.

Jesus guys, take it for what it is. A video accidentally capturing a crime. Kinda neat, kinda scary, kinda funny. It's probably one of the currency posters - detailing currency security methods - displayed at virtually all currency exchange shops. But let's not allow common sense to ruin our vitriol.

back in the day, this is the kind of stuff the media would actually investigate. they would go to beirut, sit there on the corner and watch hezbollah terrorists counterfeiting our currency and report back "hey, check out all this counterfeit money they are making"

now, or last sunday we have this:

Doesn't matter that it's absolute bullshiat, because "everybody knows" it's true.

Well they are miscolored and overlapped 100 dollar bills. Was it part of a production for a propaganda or other type of poster or was it a very crude and unsuccessful attempt to make 100 dollar bills to fund their operation? I don't know. It is odd that they would be making sheets of 100s in black or blue ink. There wasn't any sign of writing on the sheets that would suggest a poster of some kind. I don't know what is going on here. I do know that the successful counterfeiting operation usually require large presses usually found in nations treasury departments like Iran and North Korea who have counterfeited in the past.

Doesn't look like very good counterfeiting to me. It looks more like they arranged a bunch of bills on a copier to prove they had money, or something...Nigerian scam?
