You are givern orders, you follow them. If you don't like it, don't sign up.

I have no pity or good will towards these soldiers or Mrs. Sheehan.

Sorry, Mrs. Sheehan, but from previous articles, it sounds like even if your boy were alive, he wouldn't have been standing up there with you and "these people." He willingly did his duty and backed up his comerades, and unfortunately paid the ultimate price. Now you and the deserters, please go ahead and "honor your son" by staying up there.

I rather go to prison then come back a cripple, a handicap, or in a bodybag. That said, military prison may be tough but i doubt its as bad as those Supermax prisons they built for the worst of worst civilian rapist and murderers.

The press is a business they try to generate money through ad revenue, if they feel like the story they report is going to generate views they will run with it, conflicts of interest can arise when their parent company or a company that buys alot of ad space is on the sharp end of the stick.

This is how the media works, pigeonholing it to fit one partisan viewpoint or another is childish.

A good soldier doesn't think. He follows orders. If the orders are wrong he doesn't know because he doesn't think about them.

Cindy Sheehan is really an embarassment to her son. She is a woman who has gone on a crusade against what her son may or may not not supported.

He was an adult and he made his own decisions.

If she wants his death to mean something, she needs to sign up and work for an aid organization, or go protest in Iraq at the death of her son.

Then if she reaches anyone there, she will not only have been supporting her sons mission, but helping save lives of U.S. Soldiers and Civilians in Iraq.

The work to be done isn't here. Sorry. The work to be done is in Iraq, and Afghanistan, and Darfur.
