Yeah. I missed him on the late-nite circuit. But, I'm going to catch him on Celebrity Jeopardy next week. I do not want to miss that!

I heard he's also gonna be the first guest on Howie Mandel's new show: Jihad or no Jihad?

But will he get to shake Howie's hand or will he have to do the fist-punch thing?

I loved the part where he read the "Top Ten Reasons I Hate the U.S." list. That was hysterical, although it's annoying when Paul Schaffer laughs at all the unfunny ones.

I thought he was a real sport when he let them play "Will It Float?" with his turban, though.

What I don't understand is why they haven't sent people into Waziristan or whatever to kill him.

Osama is the invisible (dead) boogeyman.

2006-06-09 5:36:36 PM
Hey wait a second, wasn't he the guy who attacked us on 9/11? It's a good thing we didn't invade some random country, that would have seriously derailed our efforts at destroying this guy's network.

It's not really important to capture Bin Laden anymore. He's dying, and on the run. What needs to happen is that America needs to get past its differences and stop listening to the vocal minority critical of the Bush administration. With luck, many of the critics will be finally discredited or detained as possible terror suspects.

Because if he were dead, the government couldn't use him to scare us. All they have to do now if they want another law to take away more of our rights is show his scary picture on the news.

You should go on the Colbert Report.

Who is this Osama Bin Laden and what did he have to do with 9/11? That was Saddam Hussein, right?

/Yes, that 'joke' is getting old.
//Yes, it's sad that it still applies.

Actually, the way things have been going with Libya lately, I fully expect to see Osama on Leno in my lifetime.

Thank you for paying attention. Osama is the GOP's last best hope for world domination.

He's in the same place he was in 2001. The only difference is that Dick Cheney can't come downstairs to play canasta with him any more.

Fark It: minority critical of the Bush administration

Forty percent (40%) of Americans approve of the way that George W. Bush is performing his role as President. Sixty percent (59%) disapprove.

Those 59% also hates America and loves terrorists. AMIRITE?

I'm just pointing out that Bin Laden is an red herring. The real terrorists aren't holed up in some Pakistani mountains, they're among us, in sleeper cells, planning the next 9/11. Why waste any more of our military resources? Bin Laden is going to die miserably.

How exactly does that qualify as "getting past our differences"?

Yeah, if only you could invade a real critical "country" like, oh say, New York, then you could arrest lots of "terror suspects".

inFARKshun: 9/11 - Never forget!

Which is why Americans need to go along with the wiretapping and other mechanisms the Bush administration will use to find the terror cells here, in the US.

Or maybe we should keep yelling and screaming at the President until another attack takes us off our guard.

That's what I mean by putting aside our differences. Tone down the criticism of the Bush administration, and I can almost guarantee there won't be another attack.

You want us to just forget about the man who orchestrated 9/11 (NEVAR forget), Oskookum Bin Laden?!

You would rather fight the terrorists here, instead of over there?!

I'm alerting the NSA to your treasonous opinions. Watch your back.
