I used to live in Pullman, before I caught the photo-bug (alas). Your photo is exactly why I want to go back there with my kit.

Logomancer: monkey - that bathroom is stunning in its desolation; sorta reminds me of idle_hand's hospital waiting room shot from lo these months ago.

thanks! it's in a public restroom off of a beach somewhere outside ventura, CA. the light was just so perfect, i couldn't resist. and really, why would i want to?

Quid Pro Quidnunc: Yes, it's in color; welcome to Wisconsin.

Wow. I was just there this morning! That's a good shot. Maybe I'll go back tomorrow when it's done raining. But seriously, awesome Wisconsin represent.

These were all amazing entries. I couldn't vote for just one...hundred.

It was a wonderful trip. I had the three day pass for the temple complex, but wish I had a week. I felt like I squeezed everything in, but would have liked to have more time to really appreciate things. To save money, I also came in overland from Thailand. I would suggest not doing that as the roads are terrible. Are you in China?

audacity242, and the rest of you Farktographers:
Pictures like this really depress me. I'm sitting in front of a computer monitor all day, everyday, when I should be getting my arse up and seeing this stuff. I judge how much I like a picture by how much it depresses me. Great work, all of you (even those who take pictures of their cats)
