Important: You must be the original photographer of your entry. Do not submit anyone else's photography as your own.

You are only allowed to enter a photograph once. Do not submit the same photo to another contest later.

Up to 3 photos can be entered into each contest, as long as each photo is of a different subject/composition. No multiple photos of your subject at different angles or composition. Please post each photo separately so they can be voted for individually.

*Please, keep your entries under 50kb*

see EvilToni's page for how-to

Ideally, your photograph should be presented as taken, with as little alteration in Photoshop or other image editing programs as possible. Please refer to submission rules

Legal: All photographers submitting photos to this contest are the legal copyright holders for the photos submitted and the photos are not to be considered free for any other use without written consent from the submitting photographers.

To ensure that each photograph looks as good as it should, please adjust your contrast and brightness

so that each of the following shades of gray are distinct from one another and that the transition

from black to white is evenly paced. If you can't do so, you may lose some shadow and highlight detail.

I don't know if you can make it out, but the sticker on the bell says "WHEN BELL RINGS CALL FIRE DEPT." It's in front of some very expensive buildings which I would assume have their own fire alarms. Anyone know what on earth that thing is for?

Sure is... What a fun road to drive! At least I'm going against the commute, the suckers on the other side have it bad. Drive into the sun on the way to work, drive into the sunset on the way back. Every day they're stuck in traffic accidents from people being blinded.
