I used to work in a Gateway store, and since the company obviously couldn't get their head out of their ass, I used to take product shots and distribute them to the stores to display as a screensaver on all the unused monitors and plasma TVs.
Hundreds of people in Merchandising couldn't come up with that? No wonder we all got laid off

Middle click for full version. A subsequent posting will have a non-voting pic so you can see what the little lights correspond to. No voting on that because too much photoshop work was done on that to conform to the rulse.

CaptainJim, I really like the gels you used on your first image.

/I'm assuming you used gels.

2005-08-10 9:33:54 PM
what are gels?

2005-08-10 9:38:49 PM
CuddleButt: CaptainJim, I really like the gels you used on your first image.
I think you mean the second image. I only own two gels, blue and orange so I tend to overuse them. I really should get some more.

idle_hands: well that's just inspired CaptainJim!

I just hope it fits the theme. It's not very high tech.

idle_hands: what are gels?

Thin colored transparencies, gelatins, that you can place over your lighting.
