2005-06-16 02:35:24 AM

2005-06-16 02:38:40 AM
I got some good memories with good ol' shrooms. I've done them 4 times in the last 2 years i think, every time was crazy. I haven't done them since last summer though, so it's almost been a year since the last time, it's been too long now that I think about it. But yes, everyone should try shrooms, it is like nothing else you can experience in life..
2005-06-16 02:39:18 AM
the snozberries taste like snozberries
2005-06-16 02:39:41 AM
Magic Mushrooms grow in my neighborhood. Gotta love free drugs.
2005-06-16 02:40:19 AM
If i didn't burn myself on mushrooms and psychedelics in general I'd be all over that.

/one hour long video of some guys thumb
//don't you think making nature against the law, is, I dunno, UN-NATURAL?!
///Your denial is beneath you, and thanks to the use of hallucinogenic drugs, I see through you
2005-06-16 02:40:52 AM
But the court says growing mushrooms was not covered by the drug trafficking laws definition of manufacture.

By definition, neither should growing marijuana.

Rollo Tomasi: I smell a New Mexican...

I love the smell of new Mexicans too... they smell almost as good as a new car. I got a new Mexican last week... and boy, she scrubs a toilet better than any other Mexican I have ever had.

/relax, I'm only kidding.
2005-06-16 02:44:54 AM
Thank god most New Mexicans don't smell like mushrooms.
2005-06-16 02:48:57 AM
most Santa-Fe-ans smell like patchouli though
2005-06-16 02:51:24 AM
Yet another reason to move to Santa Fe for me. WHEEEE!

My wife's been keen on moving to the states to take advantage of our dual citizenship. I think I might have an inclination on which way the winds are blowing me...

2005-06-16 03:08:35 AM
This won't last under the feds.
If they legalize the mushrooms,
they GOTTA free the herb.

Please god, let this last
2005-06-16 03:10:23 AM
If the courts really went to the bottom of the drug laws in general, and judged them using the law set down by the Constitution, they would be thrown out across the board.

I seem to recall reading that the federal drug laws came to be through a roundabout process involving taxation and racketeering type laws. Using the govt's favorite tool of deception and control, incrementalism, what started out as an innocent tax became the draconian monster we have now, where people are caged, often longer than violent criminals, for the "crime" of growing or transporting a frakin PLANT.

Think about it - before the modern outlawing of everything from pot to speed, it took a FRIGGIN CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT to outlaw booze and another to re-legalize it again. Yet now the federal government, with no constitutional power to do so, outlaws whatever drugs it deems "dangerous" (while hypocritically looking the other way when booze and cigs are mentioned.)

Does anybody up there at the Capitol Bldg. or White House even read the Constitution anymore? It seems to have little to no bearing on all the inane laws being passed nowadays, especially everyone's favorite, the USA PATRIOT act.

If more people busted under these unfair, racist laws hired decent attorneys and uncovered more loopholes like this, the war on drugs would collapse like an overweight card house and those who wanted to explore the "Universe Within" could buy bud and shrooms at the local liquor store.

/actually, that would be kind of fun
//once in a while, anyway
///everything in moderation
////might just drive over to NM sometime for the helluvit

The Amsterdam of the south!

(still violate federal law, by the way, but the DEA dosn't do much local enforcement. Unless you're a cancer patient in California)

My best times of my life at times were on LSD. And I was a responsible service tech for Honeywell in Columbus, Ohio. Really. I made sure I was only high on times off. And they were GREAT!!!!
2005-06-16 03:22:54 AM
Anyone ever done the grid with shrooms and nitrous on the side?

/heard it's neat
2005-06-16 03:23:25 AM
Don't smuggle illegal drugs in confined spaces - as there isn't mushroom.
2005-06-16 03:24:31 AM
Oh, it was a court ruling. They claim that simply growing the mushrooms isn't illegal. But I'm sure it would be illegal to dry them. They do taste better fresh, though :) Nothing like a fresh sroom trip ^_______^

Anyway, I'm sure the New Mexico legislature will "correct" this "oversite" as soon as possible.

And the guy could be put on federal charges, as well.

Rollo Tomasi:

Yummy combo with a few screwdrivers and some Marleys thrown in.

the whole world says:

waaAAAHHHHhh waaaAAAHHHHhh waaaAAAHHhh

and it all tastes like sugary whipped-cream and looks insanely beautiful.

best of luck doing anything even as difficult as playing frisbee or hacking well, but what a good time...

What have you been up to? Chillin, cool. What are you going to do later? Cool, cool. Can I have another drag, thanks man. Wanna go halfzees on a five spot. Damn my stomach hurts and this damn poo taste is still in my mouth, can I have a pull on your drink, thanks man. So, what have you been up to? Chillin, cool. Can I have another drag off your cigarette, thanks man. Dude, you know anyone who will front me a five spot until tomorrow? Can I have another pull off your drink? Thanks man. Dude, like, dude, like whats going on later? Oh, thats cool. I think I'm gonna chill. Damn I wish I had a five spot. Can I have the last drag off your cigarette, thanks man. Dude, lets go find more mushrooms in my grandma's yard and see if your brother would buy them from us, or maybe one of his friends might know someone that would trade a five spot for some mushrooms. I think I might puke because this poo taste in my mouth is still there. Can I have the last pull off your drink? Thanks man. Damn I wish I had a cigarette. Damn I wish I had a five spot. I don't feel so good, I'm going home. So what you doing later? Cool, cool. Get ahold of me later, maybe we will find someone with a five spot."

They're legal to grow and buy here too, you can just go into a 'Grow Supplies' shop and buy a bag full for Euro15 or if you have patience you can buy a tray full of the and grow them yourself.

Can't stand 'shrooms meself.

In all seriousness, the floodgates are now open. I predict massive interstate commerce in psilocybin. OK with me.

I'd go to a Santa Fe Fark Party depending if they're legal fresh, probably not. All depending on the price anyway.

//Never freaked out on any drug really, just allergic to antihystamines, that's an interesting allergic hallucination.
2005-06-16 05:56:14 AM
If they were legal it'd probably only be fresh, but not too hard to get fresh and dry in your own home over 2 weeks in a paper bag or get a dehumidifier/meat dryer thing used to make beef jerky and apple and bannana chips, mmm beef jerky flavoured shrooms.
2005-06-16 06:11:11 AM

Its also legal in the UK to grow, harvest and posess magic mushrooms.

They become ilegal once you dry or otherwise "prepare" them.
