That's like claiming you wrote Pluto Nash.

The song actually has the feel of a cheap knock off of "On the cover of the Rolling Stone."

When the only piece of commonality in the lawsuit is the sequence of letters in the song title, the lawsuit should be tossed as frivolous and a blatant money-grab on the part of the plaintiff.

It's like complaining they stole Rise of Skywalker from you.

Your honor, we would like to submit this picture as Plaintiff's Exhibit C.

Believe it or not, the Nickelback song is better (but only just)

'Metal Injection'?  If that complete and utter SHIAT noise from both bands is what passes for metal in 2023 I'm glad Cliff's dead so he doesn't have to see this ignominy.

This guy is a liar. The truth is that I created Nickelback with the sole purpose of annoying people.

Mission accomplished.

Call me unsophisticated, but I found that video amusing. I could've done without seeing the motor city shiathead, but still. Could be the buzz.

I remember a skit about a bad Irish pub act claiming U2 stole their material. It's a bit.

If it will make me money, I'll accept responsibility for Rise of Skywalker.

Pluto Nash made 7.2 million dollars. Nickelback sold 50 million albums.

Even though they are the bland beige paint of ...uh... rock music, they made way more money.

What's a site called Metal Injection doing writing about a country band?

A court determining that your music sounds nothing Nickelback seems like a win to me.

I had a listen to both songs and there are definite similarities. Both farking terrible too.

Nickleback should sue themselves for ripping off their own music.

Those songs are absolutely different. Did Snowblind Revival really think they'd win the lawsuit?
