This game was originally supposed to be last night (and PR-MEX tonight), but because Team USA is involved, FOX politely requested the switch.

Do rp have different rules? Thought earlier if they exceeded 30 pitches they couldn't pitch the next game. I'm prob not remembering that right though.

-1 day rest if a pitcher exceeds 30
-4 days if a pitcher exceeds 50
-1 day rest if a pitcher is used on back-to-back days regardless of count

They're not. Hands and or body part (often elbow) is hiat first then it's HBP.
