Yeah, no. That shiat might work with Chinese people, but we in the rest of the world know better. China constantly tries to cover up the truth when it makes their country look bad.

Also: Scientists who receive their paychecks from Multi-national oil conglomerates say that climate change totally isn't happening, and if it is, it certainly isn't the fault of multi-national oil conglomerates and it would be foolish to inquire further.

/You know those climate scientists that don't work for the oil conglomerates and have to beg public institutions for funding? They're the ones who are clearly just in it for the money! Don't trust them!

Doesn't matter, and I don't care.
There are going to be deadly, pandemic diseases in the future, as there have been in the past, only more because it's a more crowded world.
We have to be ready to deal with and respond to and ameliorate these events.
The Trump approach of doing nothing and screwing the pooch and then blaming where the disease supposedly "came from" is a medieval peasant's way of dealing with the problem.
You can blame the Chinese, or the Easter Bunny, or your Momma.
Doesn't matter who you blame - only what you do about it.
The wise man concentrates on protecting himself, not on blaming others.
