Years ago, a guy at my office had a picture of Inigo Montoya outside his cubicle, and the caption said "My name is Scott _____, my daughters sell Girl Scout cookies.  Prepare to buy."

So I bought a few boxes and told him that his slick marketing worked.

While I really want her to meet her goals, I don't want to see it at the expense of local troops.  Some of them rely on sales to keep running through the year.

My solution is, if you have a local GS troop, get your cookie fix from them first. And if you have an extra few bucks, then help out online.
