Because business people are cheap. Actually Because they are broke. Never mind they usually use loans. The whole system is actually shiat. Thus it only makes more shiat. Loans on expenses retail space owned by rich scumbags.  Payroll farmed out. Products from scumbags like Sysco. And on and on. It's all scumbags.

The outside security camera is there because it saves them money on insurance. Unless the cops want to play Super Secret Agent on some asshole yelling "I got a bomb!" The cameras outside DO NOT MATTER. Some crackhead breaks your window? You saved $100/mo on insurance. State Farm will pay for the window. Durham (or whatever city) PD won't be working in shifts or tracking down leads.

Now, the cameras pointed at the cash register. I bet you can read the dates on the pennies. Enhance, Enhance. Pointed at the customers, you can make out all the glorious details of her massive tatooed breasts. She went to a real artist for that. So crisp.
