Guys, guys, guys... this is the important thing right here:

"And what I learned on that day is that when they make the burgers for commercials, they glue each seed on it to make it look all perfect and beautiful, and then they shellac it, and they paint it. You guys, TV is not real," said Gellar.

Did you all know this?! Why am I always the last to find out!?

Apparently it was the first TV commercial to directly name a competitor and I'm guessing McDonald's wanted to set a precedent.

The overcoat fits her just fine. It's double breasted, so there's gonna be a lot of fabric.

The stupid part is that she didn't take the f*cking label off the sleeve. You're supposed to remove it. It's only basted on so that you can see the maker of the coat on the rack without digging inside it.

And for the love of f*ck, pull out the basting stitches in the vents in the back of your jackets, people! They're only there to keep the shape during shipping/selling until you buy it. What the hell.

I'm 59 and I think I was around 12 or 13 the first time I ate at McDonald's. I had never heard of that chain and I'm only 75% sure it was a McDonald. The only thing I vaguely remember was that there was no table service and that the hamburger buns had seeds on them.

I'm 56 and these weren't a thing with my peers, but my 50 year old sister attended quite a few, and probably had one herself.

Same, but Michigan. Might be more of a Midwest thing. But this part here is what stuck out as odd to me:

"It was tough because, when you're a little kid, McDonald's is where all your friends have their birthday parties, so I missed out on a lot of apple pies," Gellar said told the outlet.

Who under the age of 70 goes to McDonald's for the apple pies?

They're tailor stitches not meant to be in the finished product. They look like exaggerated stitching.

Those McDonalds are disappearing but still exist in certain places because they are still the perfect place to hand over younger kids in joint custody after divorce.  Parent A can send Suzie in to play, argue with the ex about paying for swimming lessons with parent B, leave, and parent B takes them home.
