NK is also next to SK, our ally, and to prevent a catastrophe i guarantee the US will step up to help feed the North Korean people. It's not their fault they were born in that country,

There's a gigantic minefield between SK and NK. Fleeing, starving masses will head towards the China side. Seems more like a China problem.
