Wow, Costner sure f$cked that chicken. Will be nice to see his career go back into hibernation.

Kelly Reilly is the reason to watch that show. Costner's part could have been played by a mannequin.

while he reportedly capped shooting days at 65, he insisted on 50 for the first half of Season 5 and then a single week for the second half.

Must be nice to only need to work less than 2 months out of the year.

Word to the wise, Giant Freaking Robot is rarely right about anything ever. They're one of those false rumor sites that get fans frothing at the mouth for clicks.

I'll belive it when actual new sites report it.

Age and seeing 'those people' get all uppity.  I mean he wanted to make dances with wolves and it was a really good movie showing that the white folk don't like brown people.  Who knew he thought the army were the good guys.

I'd guess they leaked it to GFR first, to let Costner know they were serious. He can still pivot at this point and get the contract back, but I bet the offer went from "You only need to work 60 days" to "We've had enough of your shiat, commit to 90 days of production per year or it's your ass".

Interesting. Can't help but think this is because Costner is a clear Lefty whereas Matthew will appeal to Yellowstone's more inbred redneck Righty fans.
