You know Mar-A-Lago is going to become a holy site for them when he passes, the only question is going to be how much do the Trumps charge in admission.

Does he even really own that place outright? I kinda hope when he finally goes, all the creditors circle up and start clawing back what they're owed from his estate.  He doesn't really strike me as someone who would actually leave generous amounts of money to his kids no matter what he told them.  In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if when he dies we find out he actually has negative net worth after all the loans are tallied, and the kids will get told 'sorry, you receive zero dollars.'

I would presume he has used it as collateral on more than one occasion.

Trump will probably never go completely broke and will likely never get close to being in a prison cell. The most he will likely ever get will be home confinement and he'll try to get out of that, too. I've said that before on Fark and people told me I was an idiot but here we are in 2023.

He will have to downsize a bit as time goes on. He might lose the 757 and/or have to move somewhere less ostentatious. OTOH, he has quite a cult following and an amazing ability to rip people off repeatedly so it's possible they could keep giving him enough money so he can continue chugging along.
