Interesting stats.

I'm not a sportsball watching kind of farker, but that sounds like it should lead to a good game.

I just want a good competitive with no injuries.

I'm fearing the game will end 47-3 after Hurts/Mahomes gets snapped in half on the 2nd play.

The big difference is that the Chiefs suck and the Iggles are awesome.  No game is gonna change that.

My favorite stat:

Fun Fact: With Sunday's win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Patrick Mahomes has now tied the Bengals franchise in number of postseason wins (10).

Seasons played:
- Mahomes: (5)
- Bengals: (55)

Rev.K: Chiefs 56, Eagles 3

Then you woke up to the horror of reality.  Iggles 42, Chiefs 31.

55 is as much as eleven 5s.

And that's terrible.

Yes, but the Eagles played nothing but Pop Warner-grade NFC teams like Dallas all year while the Chiefs had to play the Bills, Bengals and Chargers 5x each this season with their only break being able to play the 49ers twice.

Don't forget that KC played an all-history team with prime Rice, prime Marino, and prime Simpson (with a kitchen knife) eleventeen times.

Yes but the Chiefs lost to the Colts, so that pulls down their average.

3 teams they played 5x each? The Bills, Bengals and Chargers made up 15 of the Chiefs' games? Huh. I had no idea football scheduling had become so clustered like that.

Even with one leg Mahomes threw for 328yd and 2TD.

I think the Eagles defense will struggle against Reid/Mahomes.

You would think, but I didn't like the way Magomes was hobbling around on his ankle in the last game.  It looked like the takes-longer-than-two-weeks-to-heal hobbling. His O line better keep the defense off of him, or they'll be playing Henne, or worse.  And Philly's defense is nothing to sneeze at.

Nah man, these guys are handled like race horses.

They'll bandage him, give him enough drugs to make Keith Richards say "Whoa! Steady on!" , and he'll be fine.

Well fine for the duration of the game.

Mahomes also nixed painkillers that day...so....three hours on a bum ankle with no happy sauce is gonna smart after a while.

And vice-versa. The KC defense is going to have its hands full with Hurts, AJ, Smith, and a "death by tons of tiny cuts" running game.

IOW, I fully expect the game to end up as 13-10 in OT.

If they were good writers, the league would have hired them to write out a season.

Sorry that Kentucky doesn't have an NFL team. Or an NBA team. Or an MLB team. Or an NHL team.

Is this conspiracy cosplay how you fill your time? I know you're the same person who does the "Michael Jordan was banned from basketball for gambling problems" thing too.

Why not on the Eagles? Lane Johnson scored a TD reception as a tackle eligible this past season.

O-line does a circle dance in a huddle; they line up; center, QB, RB, and Left Guard do a spin, changing their positions; direct snap to McKinnon who pretends to hand it to Mahomes, but laterals it to Travis Kelce who throws it downfield to a wide open Jason Kelce who catches it at a 1 yard line and barrels it in for a TD to tie the game. Butker kicks the extra point that double doinks and barely makes it in for the win as time runs out.

It amazes me that anyone still bets against Mahomes. He just beat the hottest team in the NFL, a week after suffering a high ankle sprain (which sidelines most players for weeks), using 3rd, 5th and 6th string receivers the majority of the game, and people still think the Chiefs will lose. They might. But Mahomes is a unicorn. He is doing things no other QB is doing. I will never bet against Mahomes. Chiefs 31, Eagles 21.

Cause it's the Chiefs, of course :)  This is also the team the drew up the TD passes to Dontari Poe (play call "Hungry Pig Right") and Anthony Sherman (play called "Smoked Sausage")...

... and that will be EXACTLY how it's drawn up in the playbook.  I'm thinking this one is called "The Kansas City Shuffle" or "City of Brotherly TOUCHDOWN!".

I can see why someone might root for the other team.  Might even predict that the other team will win.  But to bet against them, with Mahomes at QB?  Madness.

This is how I see it going. Both teams have great offenses. Really should bet the over. And it will end up being the exact opposite.

Maybe both teams have a defensive strategy that takes away the other team's bread and butter and both teams struggle trying to make something else work.

Aww poor baby with injured recievers.

The best Bears stat from this year was the game that their STARTING lineup for WR were their 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th, which is amusing because their actual starting receivers would hardly be starting on other teams.  Someone calculated the salaries: Tyreek Hill gets paid something like $22 million a year, the Bears ENTIRE reciever group if you kept them the entire year was $2 million.
