Projection is the best and only thing the election deniers have.

He lives in an interesting reality.

He does business in Colorado so has the right to vote in their elections, but he does not live in Colorado so cannot be held responsible for illegal activities done in the state.

Schroedinger's douchebag strikes again.

I had a good drunken evening last year reading a deposition from this dude in the lawsuit by Dominion against him. He even drops a "you can't handle the truth" during it!

Actually, he has a good legal argument, there. can they prove that his audience is in Colorado? Otherwise, he is just some dumbfark with the internet who let his Reddit hobby get out of control.

Like, what's next, prosecuting everybody on Reddit who weighed in? Are Farkers and TotalFarkers suspects?

The onus on the prosecution is kinda heavy jsut to estbaliush standing.

Don't get me wrong! I think as soon as they establish his intent and their standing , it's a slam-dunk case and the conspiracy nutbar needs to have his fingers clothespinned together so he can't type, Man in the Iron Mask style. maybe even make him wear an embarrassing helmet until the next Colorado election, so he has to appear on YouTube with like, a Hartford Whalers goalie helmet or something equally disfiguring and pathetic.

I just think the court needs to establish he is, in fact, the kind of dumbass he is.

He's a loon. All you have to do is watch an episode of his podcast / internet show, it's on Mike Lindell's Frank Speech. It's essentially an hour of a weirdo yelling at a camera about how he is about to take down the federal government.

Wut?  This is part of a Dominion civil suit against Mein Kampfy Pillow, not this particular nutbar.  It doesn't matter where his audience is, he was deposed as part of a suit where he's not even a defendant and admitted to crimes.  So standing isn't an issue, nor is intent.

Because reddit and fark are not subject to perjury laws.

Dude either lied during sworn in testimony, or admitted to voter fraud during sworn in testimony.

flagrant hypocrisy/double standards/logical inconsistency
does seem to be particularly inevitable among vote fraud morans

Additional court records confirm this disparity. In a Dec. 16 deposition, Oltmann confirmed both that he stopped being a Colorado resident in August, 2021, and that he voted in Douglas County on Election Day last year.

He's delusional, stupid and pathetic. He admitted to voter fraud in a deposition! Then he gets all huffy when the reporter calls him on it, spewing typical internet-tuff guy threats.

The unearned soaring arrogance of semi-articulate idiots continues to astonish me.

I've only read the first 70 or so pages, and this is one of the most batshiat depositions I've ever read.

I've done quite a few through the years, got one on Monday as a matter of fact.

It amazes me how many times the guy just keeps talking when a simple yes, no, or I don't know would end the line of questioning and get him out of there.

I knew it was going to be good in the first few pages. For reference for those who haven't been deposed over Zoom, here's how mine usually go...

"Dr., is there anyone in the room with you?"
"No, there is no one else in the room and the door is locked."

Simple, no? This guy goes on and on, won't even answer that simple question.

There's a woman in Texas serving 5 years in prison who was told she was allowed to vote in Texas but when she submitted a provisional ballot (that was never even counted), she was arrested.

But this woman is black, and we all know these laws only apply to black folk.  Look at The Villages in FL where loads of folk haven't lived in the North East in decades, but cast votes there as well as FL without any hint of prosecution.
