i disagree, im fine with adopting republican strategies for dealing with republicans.  the arguments that you can't go to war with nazis b/c sending the army is what the nazis did first is self-defeating.  rational people are fully capable of treating allies one way and enemies another way.  the idea that you have to give people who are actively stabbing you...not then in the back but right in the face the same as you treat your allies is why the left isn't making much progress here.
