The Fratellis are finally out of jail and looking for payback. The dead fish was a threat, meant to convey that at any time when the Goonies least expect it, the Fratellis were going to stink up their place with dead fish.

It's a beautiful otherworldly place at times out on the wild coast.

I could deal with the lack of snow in winter, but the overall lack of good thunderstorms would probably get to me.
