And you can't for a person to take medication unless it's court ordered, and that rarely happens.

That's my question.  What do people think the Chinese were going to learn from that balloon that they didn't already know from their satellites?  Yes it's presence over our airspace is problematic, but it's not something you start a war over.  Everyone spies on everyone else, that's they way the global politics has always worked.
