TLoU is great, but EP 3 was probably one of the best episodes of any tv show I can remember watching, it was done THAT well.

I know the usual crowd of tedious Coldplay-haters will be in this thread, but this makes me want to watch. I remember last time they were on SNL. They could have just lip-synched to one of their hits like other groups do. Instead they had a whole performance with singers, dancers, musicians and swoopy camera movements. It was fun.

Heh I'm just now seeing that show because a subchannel started running it. Back then I was working 60-70 hrs a week plus doing an overnight radio show on Saturday into Sunday.

He growd up real gud, he did.

I remember when a) MTV still played music and b) they proclaimed that Coldplay was the next Pink Floyd.  Over twenty years later, and I've yet to see any albums from them using barnyard animals as metaphors for society, or a rock opera about someone in the band going crazy, or someone saying they are the sole "creative genius" of the band.

I like their first couple albums some, but they (or at least what's-his-name the singer) did end up going up their own ass.
