you could just... read the article to find that two men were killed by two separate bombs sent to them by what the police say was an experienced bombmaker.

Ooh, a real bomber. There hasn't been a case publicized like this in a while.

They are a different breed and almost always lone wolves. DNA evidence is usually nonexistent because of the explosion, They almost always have no friends. Usually, the only way they get caught is if they make mention of the acts in some kind of writing.

One was targeted against the victim, the other was not, just to make both appear random. Or that's how I would do it. Good luck establishing which was targeted though. Where's Jessica Fletcher when you need her?
