Your sarcasm, and really anything you have to say, is difficult to take in any kind of serious manner do to the fact your username is an insult to yourself. You're calling yourself arse juice. Valley Fever? Having lived in Tucson, AZ and near Las Vegas, NV, I'll say, "No big deal." The only problem is the medical system is using outdated maps of where it occurs. Like almost everything else, people moving around have spread it to most parts of the US.
