He should have to exit the country and re-apply for a visa to get his asylum the right way.

<<checks notes>>  Yep, that's stuff I've heard Trumpists say.

Send him back to Brazil on the same plane as George Santos.

It's in the USA's interest to maintain a good relationship  with Brazil.   Also, to defend the principles of Democracy.

Expel Balsonaro, Bannon & Miller to Brazil.  This way we take care of their issues and our own.  Next we aggressively  lobby the Brazilian  government to leave the Bricks and partner with the USA, Mexico and Canada in a western Hemisphere initiative.

We scoop up Argentina by dealing with the international  financial criminals at Black Rock and Dart Group.

Done

Between Santos and Bolsanaro, I think it can be fairly said that Brazil is not "sending their best"

I know laws don't apply anymore, but isn't aiding and abetting a foreign power who recently attempted a violent coup against a democratically elected government at the very least frowned upon? Perhaps a cursory "tut tut" in his general direction?

/what's Oliver North up to these days?

You laugh, but that's one way to keep him in the country (employment visa).   Now, do I think Biden's state department should 'Return to Sender' and point and laugh as he is forced to face consequences while Trump cowers in the corner about being next?    I would very much like to watch that.

Yep.  The US looks like a joke.

Simple: grant him US citizenship and in '25 President Trump pardons him.   That is the plan, no?

By leaving Brazil he made it difficult for anyone to make him a coup victor. It's like when the rebels make leaders flee to Switzerland.

He did no such thing.

His SUPPORTERS are gigantic assholes, but there's very little evidence he egged them on or planned anything.  He's just a sore loser.

Not to mention, even if he did, it's only 'aiding and abetting' if he was actually charged and left in response to charges.  That has not happened.

If he's formally charged with something... then, yes, we should absolutely deport the guy.

Overstayed visa? So he's here illegally.

Apparently, when Brazil sends us their people, they are not sending their best. These people have lots of problems. They are bringing drugs and fascism, which competes with our local fascism at a lower cost. Some, I assume, are nice people or hot models.

I'm willing to bet on Bolsonaro's life that he attended more than one.

Why is this idiot even in the US? As a former leader you're supposed to at least pretend to care about your country. It would be like Obama moving to Mexico for no reason.
