I feel like the Chelsea hierarchy go out and purchase players without consulting the manager.
Then expect him to fit everyone in regardless of their positions.

Because they would get in the way of the board telling the manager who to play and how to use them.


And this past transfer window is a prime example of that... 300 million pounds spent on incoming transfers, but the manager had no say in any of it.

Potter is the manager they wanted, because he wouldn't try to tell the board and the owners who to transfer in, so of course he will get fired for not winning with the squad they forced on him.
