Congress members are protected from arrest for all but the most serious crimes.  Otherwise #45 would have locked up many Dems.
Having said that I believe there is evidence for at least three of those traitors.
The hilarious thing is that Quevin recently asked the Dems to make the cuts, holy crap is he stupid.
The only meaningful cuts come from defaulting on debt (unconstitutional), printing money, social security/Medicare/Medicaid while maintaining payroll taxes, or defense.  There is no other fat in the budget.
Substantial cuts will cause a massive plunge in the economy and result in substantial unemployment, reducing tax revenue further.  So one wonders if cutting the budget can actually balance the budget.
Quevin certainly can't cut SS/Medicare unless he kicks the boomers to the curb, then he will find out.  He's just smart enough to know this.  So what the Fark is all this theater.  He's a bargain bin Newt Gingrich.
