Uhh I'm pretty sure the problem is not penis-vagina spacedock. the problem is that the skeleto and various tubes won't form properly, turning the foetus into the wiggly sludge and blood you get from a fertilized chicken egg in your grocery store eggs. Nobody needs IVF in space, they need to put pregnant women in centrifuges for 9 months or else they'll be popping out Eraserhead babies and sentient zero-G afterbirth like the Pepto Bismol blood in Star Trek 6.
