So one shot per stick of butter. Gave up drinking alcohol over the pandemic, but I'm not bigoted about it, and this sounds worth a try as a spread for toast at a weekend brunch.

It's using vodak that I'm unsure about, versus fruit brandy or whisky. Good vodak doesn't taste of much but alcohol, so I don't know how successful that would be.
