Because I've been married for fourteen years, can't have kids, I'm sure my partner isn't cheating,  and they make sex feel like nothing is happening down there. I think that about sums it up.

The weirdest thing when I was dating in my late 30s were the women who didn't want me to wear a condom - it was few and far between, but happened more than once.  And yeah, that was an instant turn off - I've already got three kids, not going to risk another. Oh, you're on birth control? Good, between that and the condom we should be safe.

You don't have to tell me - about ten scenarios ran through my head, the only one that would have made sense was "I have a latex allergy" (which was not brought up) and even then....we can just do this another time after we can pick up something latex-free, right?

I was recently seeing someone who told me that she had had a hysterectomy so I didn't wear one, I had condoms available and made sure she knew that, but I had no reason to doubt her about the procedure.
