It's a perfectly fine headline subby, but I submitted a better article with a funnier tagline yesterday...

Have you ever looked at the comments on a recipe, it is nothing but people talking about what they did different to "improve" the recipie.

Like the idea of modifying, or using a recipe as a guideline is their own precious brainchild, and if they do not share their modifications no one else is allowed to deviate.

They should have paired the grilled shrimp with steamed Israeli cous cous, Piri Piri style. Grits are for hobos.

We've had meals with a few people who do that...once.

Such behavior goes over about a well as a turd in a punch bowl.

So basically every "You're doing [insert thing] Wrong" article on lifehacker?

Taste is subjective but there are proper ways to construct things.

...sumptuous grilled shrimp paired with grits

As someone who loves shrimp paired with grits and is from an area of country where it is a staple, it is SHRIMPNGRITS, not shrimp paired with grits.  Say it as one word: shrimp-n-grits.

I guess a turd in a punch bowl will make some kind of a statement.  I would have used diarrhea myself for real shock value.

Did this really need a mysterious acronym that wasn't defined for multiple paragraphs?
