Ya know, a bit of gene therapy for the masses would cut down on requirements/costs for cancer treatments later.

Start the pipe line for future space marines too...

Heal faster, better immune system, denser bones, less lactic acid build up, better night vision... we could be curing diseases and making the next step to super humans/super soldiers.

Nah, screw that, $8 eggs and RWNJs for public offices instead!

Cheers, we are getting Idiocracy instead of Star Trek for out future!!  Wooooo

Most of the studies on coffee say the health benefits are there even if you drink decaff. I have one pretty stout cup of coffee, that is from good quality, fresh ground beans. Then I have a coffee substitute I like and usually a decaff later on. Never have any caffeine after about 9:00, other than there is a little caffeine in decaff. I'm usually done with that by about 10:00.

The Buddha had this things an eternity ago that made a lot of sense. It's called the middle way, where you don't have too little or too much. It was genius.

Don't eat processed refined carbs, seed oils (flax seed is ok), added sugar and alcohol.

One of the secrets of my success is that I primarily eat white rice with apples, dates, and bananas fried in lard.
