Fact #1: he wasn't drafted in any round picks but signed as a Rookie to the Birds this year as unsecured free agent;

Fact #2: Professional NLF Players are expected to pull in a few million (?) a year, every year, as salary for a year of Sportsmanship;

OK guys, you know how the internet works.  As of now, every person in the Philadelphia Eagles' region is a big fan of kidnapping and rape.  And by invoking the Roethlisberger rule I now declare all of Pennsylvania as the kidnapping and rape capital of the world.

/He's still on the roster and in the Super Bowl as of now

I did read it.  I must have missed that last paragraph in a blind rage at the City of Brotherly Love for Kidnapping and Rape.

Yeah, Mr. Goodell has made him a non-person for now, which has some fans upset because they want the Eagles to cut him outright.

The Birds are a pretty well run organization, and I would be disappointed if they knew anything before they signed this jabroni. I'm curious if anything was publicly knowable in three years between the incident and the indictment. I don't mind the Eagles "no comment" comments until they learn more, but adding a bit of "we don't tolerate behavior of the type that has been alleged" would have been ok.

I would bet 99% of Eagles fans had never heard of this guy before the indictment (I hadn't, and I pay pretty close attention).

Well he's not lying, those could be considered facts.  How they a relevant to this discussion remains a mystery.

This is a good way for the NFL to keep up the "Mahommes is the player we want to market" style of league control.

Piss off.

First, your dumb comment is diminishing the conversation around rape and abuse.

Second, this guy was on the practice squad and has fark-all to do with the outcome on the field. He hasn't played a game in over 3 months and sure as hell wasn't going to sniff the Super Bowl.

Third, sports league conspiracies are dumb as shiat. The matchups are based on the outcome of the games. These teams didn't need strings pulled behind the scenes to face off in the championship.
