The thing is, they didn't actually cancel newsmax. Newsmax demanded more money. DirecTV couldn't make a profit on newsmax with the amount of money news max demanded, so when they got a 'take it or leave it' offer, they left it. Newsmax left DirecTV.

If the holocaust doesn't disturb you then it's hard to gauge how awful others must feel about it. You know they think it's bad, but you're incapable of understanding the gravity because killing millions of people you hate sounds correct to you. So you know "holocaust=bad", therefore you use it to illustrate things you think are bad because you think other people will understand your point better.

This is how sociopaths and the GOP think. But I repeat myself.

That's not what I mean. I mean that Co gress sets its rules for decorum. You can't go on the floor and start hurling insults at your colleagues, for instance. And you can't swear, I don't think. I'm not talking about arresting them.

As I said before, this is far more sinister than it initially sounds.

Newsmax is basically using their ties to the GOP to get the House to force Directv into carrying Newsmax AND paying them at a price they're not comfortable with.

That's an actual First Amendment violation.
